Great service from the moment I arrived until when we picked up our car. Warranty service was uncomplicated and process made simple.

Service department quickly and professionally diagnosed an electronic issue with my 2017 MDX. They didn't have the part on hand but would have had it in from out of state in 48 hours If I had opted for their repair. I look forward to going to them again when conditions warrent.

We own 2 Acuras that get serviced here and we have always had good experiences. They work with you for a date and time best suited to you and they’re pretty accurate about estimated completion. I mostly appreciate that while I am getting a service done they’re not pushing me to buy a new vehicle. Would recommend.

I bought my car here. I was a well prepared buyer. The experience was flawless. I have had my car in for service twice. Both experiences were nothing short of amazing. The communication was great. The person that checked me in was the same person calling me with updates and also the same person that returned my keys to me when the service was complete. They also provided me with a loaner car so I didn't have to wait around. The Professionalism here is just awesome!

Very friendly. I bought a toyota rav4 and touch screen radio was skipping constantly so the salesman Eugene said he had an extra one at his house that was brand new in the box that he can give me. I haven't installed yet but I thought that was really nice of him. Everyone was really friendly. 😀

I've been looking for a vehicle that was big enough for my puppy and I to travel, for over a month. After 17 let downs and shady salespeople , I came across Hinshaw's Acura. The honesty the integrity the quality of service is absolutely amazing here. Eugene and Nick were my sales and finance team that made this such an amazing experience. Mike I believe is the used car manager, and there was one slight little repair that needed to be fixed. Mike and Eugene made sure that everything was jumped on and taken care of right away and I had a loaner not to be inconvenienced for one second. Hands down if you want a beautiful vehicle with amazing service and honesty and quality come here. If I decide to change vehicles I will always come to Hinshaw's Acura, and I know Eugene will set me up perfect!!! If I could give this place more stars I would.

Parts counter lady specialist was very helpful. Price is expensive than online membership parts, but with the shipping costs it's basically same and I get it on the same day. No need to wait for 10days.

I’m very pleased with their thoroughness of checking the history of the service my car has received before just doing it. Checking with me for any car issues. Going over everything the service department would be doing along with prices. They finished the service under the estimated time. And They washed my car!! Wonderful.
